“Noosh” is a Persian word that conveys sweetness, delight, and the joy of drinking together. This approachable Pinot Noir opens with inviting aromas of stewed cherries and forest floor, followed by a lively palate of black cherry, pomegranate, and a hint of white pepper. Balanced acidity and soft tannins make Noosh versatile and easy to enjoy—perfect for sharing with family and friends as you welcome the new year.
Named for Cyrus the Great, a historic Persian leader who valued wine as part of daily life, this elegant Pinot Noir opens with bright cranberry and red plum, followed by richer black cherry and subtle spice. Fresh earth and mineral tones reflect the vineyard’s biodynamic roots, creating a wine that is both refined and deeply connected to the land.
Named after the ancient Persian concept of “Asha,” meaning truth, purity, and good thoughts, words, and deeds, this Pinot Noir reflects harmony between land, fruit, and intention. Aromas of baked sour cherries, orange zest, and warm spice rise from the glass, while layers of earth and floral notes add depth. With vibrant acidity and elegant tannins, Asha is both refined and expressive—an ideal wine for celebrating renewal and balance during the Persian New Year.
