2017 Owl 50% Whole Cluster Pinot Noir

As a stewards of the land, we sustainably farm our vineyard to follow Demeter Certified Biodynamic methods to create biodiversity on our estate. The Maysara Owl Pinot Noir is 50% whole cluster fermentation and comes from the "Pinot Patch" block from Momtazi Vineyard. We barrel aged the wine for 22 months and we did not fine or filter it.
