2015 Cyrus Pinot Noir

2015 Cyrus Pinot Noir

King Cyrus the Great was instrumental in planting extensive vineyards and producing wine throughout his territory. Cyrus supplied his troops with wine rations for strength; however, he allowed some food and wine to be captured by the enemy. Once his enemies became intoxicated, Cyrus’ army attacked and defeated them.

2015 Vintage Tasting Notes:
Elegant and playful, Cyrus opens the door with cranberry and red plum skin, followed by a lusher black cherry note, inviting you in. Fresh soil and wet slate point to the garden out back, while a hint of black tea and spice begs for the warmth of company to stay for a while.
