2012 Owl Pinot Noir 100% WC
As stewards of the land, we sustainably farm our vineyard to follow Demeter Certified Biodynamic methods to create biodiversity on our estate. The Maysara Owl Pinot Noir is 50% whole cluster fermentation and comes from the "Pinot Patch" block from Momtazi Vineyard. We barrel-aged the wine for 22 months and we did not fine or filter it. We hope you enjoy our Pinot Noir with your family and friends.

The learned owl sits atop his desk and pens a tale of ripe, elegant McMinnville AVA fruit, with a well-developed tannin structure and some baker spices serving as bookends. The story continues with darker fruit but is illuminated with a palate-refreshing plot twist of acid that will encourage you to read on!
