The 2008 Pinot Blanc is our second release, however, it is the first Demeter Certified Biodynamic® Wine in the Northwest! A Pale straw color. Aromatics of sweet jasmine fills the glass coupled with white peaches and hints of passion fruit. On the palate it displays bosc pears, green apples and pineapple flavors showing restraint. Bracing acidity and minerals finish the wine nicely. Enjoy!
