Delara is a Persian word that translates as "capture one's heart", which of course is always our goal. Delara lends one a glimpse into the true essance of our terrior. Enormous layers of bittersweet chocolate, dark fruits and Asian 5-spice are all balanced by smooth, round, fine-grained tannins for a soft finish. Though approachable now, it will continue to develop over time.
